ORIENTATION CAMP... N FIRST DAY OF LESSONS
finally... orientation is over... that took up the first week of sch... anyway... here's two things tat i forgot to mention in my previous post...
1) Jeremy Loi (head prefect of sji 2005) is the current vice-head councillor of SAJC
2) There is someone from almost every secondary school in SA... including hwa chong
btw... thursday and friday was pretty much like weds... more games... n some CIP... however... i feel the best event was the DISCO BALL... tat was definitely cool... anyway... today was the first day of lectures... only had to attend GP n chem... got our classes at the end... i got H2 (maths, chem, phy) and H1 hist... apparently... rei, sam n auther are oso in the same class... hopefully... i can join cricket as my cca... pls...pls

FIRST DAY IN SAJC
k... so today had to wake up early again... @ 5.30... but i guess tat is a improvement because last year i was waking up @ 5... so, anyway... agreed to go together with kenbin... he told me to take the bus aft he called... however... he took the bus on the wrong side of the road... wasted us alot of time... so aft all of his mishaps... we reached sch @ exactly on time... lucky for us... i was placed in orientatio0n group 27... together with rei and romid from sji... btw, the thing that surprised me most today was the number of sji boys in sajc... so many... i thot the only jc in which u could look anywhere n spot a josephian was cjc... i was definitely wrong... so anyway my OGL was WEI QI... our icebreacker games were a bit lame... den came the subject head talk... they talked abt all the subjects offered... the pros n the cons... so anyway... aft tat... had some cheer practice for the tazulla tribe... tat was certainly interesting... then came lunch... tat led to us going to the hall... where we learned to dance the lindy hop with girls... then came the space odyssey... lots of games... finally... it ended @ abt 6.15... they said tat it might be the same tmr...

STAND BY... ON WAITING LIST
tat is the same answer that the woman at the spca gave me... reason... the labrador we wanted was already on the waiting list to be adopted by another family... n we were second in the list... damn... hopefully some problem arises with them... n they cannot adopt the dog... n den we will get it... anyway... yesterday, we went to NIGHT @ THE MUSEUM... the movie is awesome... so damn funny... definetely a movie tat appeals to all ages...

i feel tat tat movie will rate at least 4 stars... it is darn good... anyway, my smarty-pants sister (whom i am proud of) got into RGS... and she takes HMTL and FRENCH.... hiaz... well gd luck to her anyway... n to everyone out there... giving u my yuletide greetings... n wishing u a very MERRY CHRISTMAS...

ok... after abt six long hard years of trying... i finally managed to confince my parents that a dog is a worth while addition to the family... yipee... so this sunday we are off to the spca... there's is a dog there waiting for me... anyway... sch starts in slightly more than a week... n i dun noe wat to bring on the first day of sch... gotta call SA tmr... anyway to those who have appealed... gd luck...

FINALLY BLOGGING... AGAIN
k... i noe tat i haven blogged for a frickin long time... but i really have been busy... so much has happened... end of 'O's... return of PSLE results for my sis... the drama before our flight to vietnam... posting of school for PAE... OMG...
k... first of all... 'O's were not so bad... hopefully single digit... then my sister's PSLE results... she scored 265... tat is so high... confirm can get rgs... anyway, finally to the drama before our trip... only decided tat we were going to vietnam one week befoe our flight... den the day before our flight, we found out tat my bro's passport did not have at least six months bef expirng... n we found out too late... so, the next day we had to wake up at 5am... go to the airport... change our flight from 9 to the next closest which thankfully had enough seats... the 2.30pm one... go to immigration office to renew the damn passport... den go back to the airport... tat was tiring... anyway, vietnam was very cool... literally... the place is so nice... n the scenary at some spots were simply awesome... however, there is a downside... nothing has fixed prices... everything has to be haggled down to less than half the original price stated... my mum paid 85000 dong for two pieces of mirror... which only cost 16000 dong per piece at the airport... talk abt getting cheated... anyway... have now got the posting for my school for the first three months... ST. ANDREW'S JUNIOR COLLEGE (SCI)...

k... today was a gd day... the whole day was filled with good news... the first thing i heard this morn was tat chelsea had lost to spurs... all rite... MANU is now 1st outrite... then the first ppr today was E-Maths ppr1... for PSLE... opps... i mean 'O' Level... i mean it was seriously easy... the first question was like... 3+2(4-5)... lol... seriously... the only thing to worry abt now... is whether ppr2 will be very tough... anyway, aftee tat had like slightly less than 4 hrs to revise SS... majority were banking on Gd Governance to come out... poor joey... spent like 80% of the time doing Gd Governance... somehow i felt that THAT was not the topic to study... i concentrated on merger sep n northern ireland... n den... both came out for SEQ... tat rox... MERGER SEP ROX... but this time growth of nations came out twice... hiaz... but still its better than poor joey... anyway... some news abt the chem prac... all those who put chloride as the anion... U'RE WRONG... the three chemicals were apparently... sodium bromide, sodium iodide n sodium thiosulphate... its too bad guys...

k... i gotta say tat this is the first time tat discri ination against indians is gonna pay off... literature... O Level ppr 1... English Teacher (India)... unseen... some passage abt india n a small bit on hinduism... EASY!!! today's 'O' Level Chem Prac was definitely easy... i tink i shld be able to get full marks... my answers were 19.3 for titration value and the anion was iodide in S... when quarantine in the LT... found out that many people listed two anions... how LAME... read the question properly lar... anyway david kwang said that the titation value shld be 19.2... so i guess im safe... today made me realize just how many people had read the article in the New Ppr tha appeared a few weeks ago... the one abt the the invigilator asking the boys to cut their hair aft the ppr had tarted... saw many hairstyles today... all of them short... good thing i got curly hair... it grows damn long... n then it just curls in n then no one noes... i tink very few pple noe the true length of my hair... OMG... the written ppr starts in juz two days... i tink its unfair tat the LIT boys start their written pprs a week before the rest but still end earlier then us... well anyway... gd luck to all for your 'O's...

UNLUCKY!!! yesterday, my dad got an award for the ENTREPRENUER OF THE YEAR... 2nd... EVENTFUL!!! that would definitely be a good word to describe the weekend... on sat, me, edwin, samuel n rei went to play tennis (eventho haze was horrible) aft my tuition... went to some place called SPANS-JOM (nvr heard of it before)... anyway... i managed to win edwin in a singles match... eventhough i haven played tennis in over 3 years... shows how good a player he is... in any case, whacking the balls has made my rught arm sore... sheesh... really gotta train up my fitness... den, my father was selected as a finalist for the ENTREPREUNER of the YEAR AWARD... apparently they are going to announce the winner on thurs @ some formal dinner thingy... lets hope he wins... incidently, i have finally managhed to successfully solve my first few circles questions during the weekends... on the road to my maths A1...

ALAMAK!!! i cant believe it... the msg for chem for 423 is 9... OMG!!! k, this weekend was definetly one with mixed feelings... on Sat, my family went to pizza hut to eat... n the name of the guy who served us was... ZHENYI... could this be forshadowing... oh yea... i also noticed this guy who went jogging in the morning and he was SMOKING... WTF... wats the point of running???... anyway, my father i sone of the finalist for the ENTREPRENUER of the YEAR AWARD... how cool is that... today received my eng prelim ppr2... it was horrible... blooby hell... i got 25/50... luckily, with my oral marks... i need 21/30 for each essay to get B3... so not too bad... hiaz... life is so tough... n im supposed to be banned from the com becoz my brother did not tell my parents about an exam... HAPPY TEACHERS' DAY!!! thnx to all the teachers in SJI n in BTPS... so anyway, in sch today... most of the non-Catholics who went to mass to escape the aces day workout got JACKED... thnx to the huge downpour... aft lit, we then went to see the teachers' day concert... it was fabulous... some of the videos showed a great insight into our teachers' past lives... for example... who knew that mr poon looked radical in his youth... he was funky... n now i know why javier went for EW... he went for her youth figure... n to those who saw the video, i tink that those of aunty sandra n teresa lim are self-explanatory... too bad we couldn't see one of tung... anyway, went back to pri sch aft that... they stopped us at the gate... apparently we could only see them aft 2pm... LOL... decided to go n see them another day... helping my sis transfer songs to her phone now... why cant she do these things herself...

PTM!!! k today PTM went OK... first met mr tung... n then he told my parents that i was a very good student in class... n then obviously my parents told him that i nvr study at home and always play... so this is wat mr tung said in reply... YIPEE!!! the only thing that i can say now is that my phy prac went better than expected... lens n pendulum experiment... two of the easiest that we can get... i tink i did quite well... but still cant believe that i was damn stupid and wasted 5 mins... i calculated my acc. of free fall to be 1016 or something like that... couln't understand why a value which is supposed to be 10 can be 1000+ for me... i checked my graph ( which for the first time did not have tailored values n it was a perfect graph ) wat was wrong... only aft the paper i realized that my calculation was in cm/s2 instead of m/s2... lol... anyway i gotta mention two horrendous blunders made by my classmates... first of all, xiaoyang did not manage to see his pins thru the glass block... it wass very obvious... i tink even sk with his small eyes ( no offense sk ) managed to see it... anyway, i tink that the second one has to be awarded the "blunder of the prac"... joey today proved that cats n electronics dun mix... poor joey... he calculated refractive index and everything else with his calculator in RADIAN MODE... OMG... i tink tats what u call throwing away marks... nvrmind joey,im sure theory will pull u up... u smart cat... btw, today i found out that my security guard is also an old Josephian... how cool.. so now i hav atleast three Josephians living here... my n my security guard are "old schoolmates"... interesting

OK!!! think i did quite well for my english prelims... hopefully can get a B3... essay was quite easy... but i felt that compre was a bit difficult... however aft finishing the paper and discussing the answers with my friends, i found that most of my answers are the same as them... so feel a bit more reassured now... traditional indian medicine works wonders... seriously... i feel a whole better than yesterday... felt OK enough to write my paper... still haven't fully recovered though... hiaz... one cannot hope foe everything in life... can they?... well anyway, tmr got phy prac (prelims)... k, anyway i juz gotta mention this... PHEW!!! yesterday was one of the worst night's that i have spent... stupid phleghm... blocked my whole nose n chest... couldn't sleep the whole night... well anyway, went to a hindu temple function (vinaya sathurthi) in the morning... went quite well... came back n mugged about the format of the situational writing... still feel very feverish... temperature is 38.0*C... hope my fever does not affect my performance in tmr's prelim exams... really need to ace the paper... so gotta sleep well n hope that im fully rested... cant afford another sleepless night today... at least i have faith in my mum's traditional indian medicine... its hardly couple of hours since she gave it to me n my nose n chest are clearing up already

ALRIGHT!!! finally getting the hang of chem... today in tuition did the RI prelim paper... i should say it was quite manageable... so... decided not to give up on chem for prelims and 'O's... i tink i can score... on a sadder note... feel very sick... think i got pleghm in my throat... stupid headache... cant really concentrate... feel like i got a fever... hiaz need to rest... tmr is a long day... and by the way... siu kit... the metal is zinc... and apparently... according to javier who asked raymond wong... titration value is supposed to be 19.1

PHEW!!! i think that i did quite well for my chem prac(prelims)... eventhough my apparatus was contaminated... one of the test-tubes was BLACK... i juz used 2 of the 5 test-tubes provided... shows how bad it was... wonder if it will be like foe the 'O's... most worries abt titration... my value is 19.5... however,across the level... the value ranges from 18.3 to 24.0... shows how contaminated the solutions were... came back and went physics tuition... juz doing other school papers now... seems quite easy... hopefully can get distinction for physics in prelims... anyway, when coming back home on the bus today... i noticed two things... first, juz walk home aft tuition or be patient... aft tuition took a damn crowded bus... n then realised there were 3 practically empty buses abt 30 sec later... second, bus rides can be humourous... there was this sitting on the bus whowas wearing his shorts at his stomach... n then he did the unthinkable... he stood up... pulled up his pants all the way to his CHEST!!!

YIPEE!!! first of all have to thank jetflame for this wondreful skin... im sure he spent quality time designing it... it looks gorgeous... so school started of with english test... practice for prelims... then PE... wat a lesson... supposed to run 2 rounds... instead evryone walking... so teacher pissed... evryone push-up position... fro like 20 mins... luckily aft 4 years of judo trainings, tat was a piece of cake... then class com and prefects like me got called out and asked wat type of student leaders we where... anyway, afterward got PSE... the speaker turned up late... we had Celebration of Life... juz sex edu... showed us a positively gross abortion video... it was sick!!!... well anyway, managed to change tuition day to thurs... so looking forward to it... *YAWN*... LOL!!!... well anyway came home n mugged physics like crazy... reckon i noe most of the impt things abt waves now... tried doing e-maths... i still dun get circle theorm... someone help me... even my computer time is restricted by my parents now... so sad... my life controlled by them... so happy to hear tat both liverpool n arsenal screwed up their matches... n MANU winning 4-1 and it is only 20 mins!!!...
